ICASA 2025 Scholarship Programme: Expanding Access, Empowering Voices

At ICASA 2025, we are committed to ensuring that vital conversations on HIV/AIDS and STIs are accessible to all—not just those with the financial means to attend. Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors and donors, the ICASA 2025 Scholarship Programme is dedicated to empowering individuals from resource-limited communities in Africa. 500 Scholarships will be available.

Key Dates

  • 📅 Applications Open: 3rd July 2025.
  • 📅 Deadline to Apply: 31st July 2025.
  • 📅 Scholarship Confirmation/Rejected Letters will be sent: By 1st September 2025.

Scholarship Eligibility & Policy

  • ✔️ Open to all conference participants, including abstract submitters.
  • ✔️ Applicants must be 18 years or older.
  • ✔️ Scholarships are linked to accepted abstracts—awarded to the presenting author. If the presenting author changes, the co-author will be awarded the scholarship.
