Change of Attendance Format

ICASA 2025 allows delegates to switch between virtual and in-person participation under the following conditions:

• Deadline: Changes must be made at least three months before the conference start date.
• Conference Format Change: If SAA transitions the event to a fully virtual format, all in-person attendees will automatically receive online access. Please note that refunds will not be issued for attendance changes.
