Call for Volunteers
The success of ICASA 2025 is intrinsically tied to the dedicated contributions of our esteemed volunteers. Over 150 volunteers will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth implementation of the conference, scheduled to take place from 3rd to 8th December 2025.
Volunteers will support a wide range of activities including coordination of programme sessions, assistance to international and local delegates, facilitation of registration processes, guidance throughout the venue, staffing of various offices and help desks, and the execution of other essential logistical tasks. All volunteers will receive structured training and ongoing support from the ICASA Secretariat and designated volunteer coordinators.

Additionally, volunteers will have the unique opportunity to gain invaluable international experience at Africa’s largest open scientific conference on HIV/AIDS, engaging with global stakeholders, researchers, policymakers, and advocates.

NB: For International Volunteers
Individuals residing outside the ICASA 2025 host country are welcome to apply. However, international applicants must independently fulfill all customs and immigration requirements necessary to enter the host country.
