TITLE OF ABSTRACT: Barriers to HIV Service Access Among Marginalized Women and Sexual Minorities in Lagos and Ogun States: A Mixed-Method Study.

Nana Awawu Adegbite is a passionate public health professional with over six years of experience in social work and child development. She holds a Master of Public Health in Child and Adolescent Health from the University of Ibadan and a Bachelor of Science in Child Development and Family Studies from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta.

As a graduate of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), Cohort 48, and a Fellow of the Nigerian Malaria Modelling Fellowship, Cohort 5, Nana is recognized for her strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills. Her expertise spans Independent Monitoring, Community Mobilization, Advocacy, Outreaches, Sensitization and Program Management. She has worked with Several NGOs in Nigeria, including International bodies like WHO and World Bank Group.

In her role as a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Officer with The Rainbow Alive Hub Initiative (TRAHI), she designs and implements robust data-driven frameworks for projects targeted at marginalized women and sexual minorities in Southwest, Nigeria. Her hands-on experience in research, from education to health and social policy, and her dedication to finding data-driven solutions enable her to contribute meaningfully to impactful initiatives that promote inclusivity for women and girls.
