Conference Cancellation Policy

In case of unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) that prevent the conference from taking place or require postponement, ICASA organizers will not be liable for any costs or losses incurred, including travel and accommodation expenses.

✅ In such cases, the registration fee may be retained or applied to the next conference, but it cannot be transferred to a third party.

Registration Cancellation Policy

❌ No refunds will be issued for any cancellations.

Conference Programme Modifications

📌 The Programme is subject to change, and organizers reserve the right to modify it as necessary.
