Since its inception, SAA has carefully set ICASA registration fees based on economic realities in Africa and globally. To ensure maximum participation in Ghana, registration fees have remained unchanged since ICASA 2015 in Zimbabwe.

Registration at a Glance

Registration Types: Delegates, media, and groups must register via the online registration portal.

• Register Now (Individual Registration)
• Register Now (Group Registration: 5-14 )
• Register Now (Group Registration: 15 Persons upwards)
• Register Now (Accompanying Person)
• Register Now (Media Registration)

Incomplete group registrations will not be processed.

Day Passes

💰 Available at a discounted fee of $300 USD.

Day pass holders will not have access to:

• The virtual platform
• Conference session recordings
• Virtual exhibitions, posters, and Community Village

Accompanying Persons

To participate as an accompanying person, individuals must be 18 years or older.

Access & Fees:

• Limited access to conference sessions
• Access to the Opening & Closing Ceremonies, Exhibition Area, and Community Village
• Discounted fee: $300 USD
• Only one accompanying person allowed per delegate
• Register Now (Accompanying Person)

NOTE: Persons under 18 must submit an application form completed by a parent or guardian. And also provide photo ID for age verification.
